The wine
This sweet wine is made from Doral, a cross between Chasselas and Chardonnay. The grapes, carefully harvested at full ripeness, are then concentrated by cryoconcentration: they are frozen, then pressed at a very low temperature to concentrate the sugars and aromas naturally.
Aged in barriques, it develops a fine depth with delicate vanilla notes. Its sweetness and richness are balanced by a preserved acidity, which gives it freshness and harmony.
A wine of patience, which surprises with its balance.
