2. Sale of alcohol

Our wines are sold only to persons aged 18 and over. Each buyer confirms this when ordering; Domaine Porta may ask for proof of identity and refuse or cancel an order if in doubt.

The law prohibits supplying alcohol to persons under 16 (Federal Act on Foodstuffs and Utility Articles, FSA, Art. 14; Vaud law on inns and licensed premises, “loi sur les auberges et les débits de boissons”, LADB, Art. 50).
