The wine
The Dézaley is the jewel of the Lavaux vineyards. Our Chasselas comes from the Sous-Marsens site, at the foot of the Marsens tower, on the dizzying slopes that make this Grand Cru unique.
Between the soils marked by pudding stone, the conglomerate typical of the Dézaley, the gradient and the three suns of Lavaux, all the conditions come together for a powerful, deep and mineral Chasselas. It shows the particular expression of the Dézaley, often linked with flinty notes, with fine strength and great length.
Aged for eight months on its lees, it gains breadth and depth while keeping its freshness and balance.
