The wine
Calamin is one of the two Grands Crus of Lavaux, a small enclave of a few hectares in the heart of the Epesses vineyards. Our Parcelle 115 lies on this singular terroir, known for producing rich, ripe and generous Chasselas.
This wine surprises with its fullness and depth, which come into their own after a few years in the cellar. A Grand Cru of character, in which Chasselas expresses all the richness and singularity of its terroir.
