The wine
La Vaudaire is our Chasselas from Epesses. A warm wine with breeding, with aromas of ripe fruit, revealing a fine complexity and the depth typical of the Epesses terroirs, which are particularly well suited to great Chasselas.
Its name refers to the Vaudaire, the unpredictable and sometimes powerful wind of Lake Geneva. A nod to its character: warm, assertive and full of personality.
