The wine
Le Daley is our Chasselas for getting together, from our vines on the site in Villette whose name it bears. There we tend the vines with particular attention to the plant, the soils and their surroundings. Vinified to keep all its freshness and fruit, it expresses the character of our terroir in a fresh, approachable style. A wine that is simple in its approach but made with care, to share without waiting.
