The wine
Plant Robert is an old variety of Lavaux’s own, saved from oblivion by a few passionate winegrowers. Today it holds a special place in the winegrowing heritage of Lavaux.
This wine comes from three small plots with different terroirs. Carefully vinified, then aged in a 500-litre oak cask, it develops notes of black fruit, cherry and spice, with the peppery touch that gives it all its character.
A deeply Vaud wine, authentic and endearing.
