The wine
This Pinot Noir comes from a selection of our best grapes. It is aged in 500-litre oak casks, a choice that brings complexity and depth while preserving the fruit and finesse of the Pinot Noir.
The wine reveals aromas of ripe red fruit, with delicate toasted and woody notes. On the palate, the tannins are silky and the substance deep, with ageing that supports the wine without ever taking over.
A Pinot Noir of great standing, in which fruit, substance and wood find their balance.
