The wine
Merci Bacchus is our brut sparkling wine, made by the traditional method from Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris. Its second fermentation in the bottle gives it its fine bubbles.
Fresh and fruity, it offers a pleasant balance and a lovely liveliness.
